Clean Hands by kettch Clean Hands by kettch
Well it has been an insanely long time since I have uploaded or even made anything for that matter. This was spawned from extreme boredom over my spring break week which is finishing up.

The original idea was for a calm and serene scene with as much simplicity as possible. I was listening to "Give Us Clean Hands" and came up with this. There are only about a half dozen unique images in this one although some are used in multiple instances. used only PS7 for all the retouching and manipulation, of which there was quite a lot despite how simple it may look. Tested on 3 different monitors and my flatscreen TV since my last wallpaper varied in color depending on monitors used.

Enjoy, let me know what you think!

This is really cool to look at... full view shows these little details and seems to give more of the story. Really nicely done. :D

Well, it is a very beautiful piece. Besides I tend to look for people to comment on that live in Wisconsin. Gots to find my people

Do you mean you were listening to "Give us Clean Hands" as in "Give us clean hands, give us pure hearts, let us not lift our souls to another..." I love that song.

This is a great piece. I love the colors you used and the overall composition of it - the hands and the water and whatnot. Very nice!

First-rate photo manipulation this is. I enjoy the colors especially.

It is very good, I like the tones and the whole theme, too.

There's one thing though...the second set of hands could probably be take out. It is a bit more...busy...when you add it in.

Ever thought of adding a river at the bottom instead of having everything sort of warp to the bottom with a waving woman (I'm guessing)? It would make a bit more calm.

If you did that though, I think it would change the overall atmosphere though...

Anyway, your art. You decide!
